About The Event
The Sun River Stomp returns for its second year featuring some of the region's most talented acts. The event will be hosted by Montana stomp grass band, Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs on the banks of the Sun River at the infamous Beacon Icehouse in Great Falls Montana. Complete with a beer tent, food vendors, bar games, and general shenanigans, this years event is bound to be the party of the summer.
Please drink responsibly. Unfortunately Sun River Stomp is not dog friendly so leave them at home. This event is 21+

Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs
Laney Lou and the Bird Dogs are a relentlessly energetic folk-rock band based out of Bozeman , Montana. Combining a soaring four part harmony and rock 'n' roll drive, a Bird Dog show gets people dancing and singing along to original tunes and covers alike.
Jackson Holte and the Highway Patrol
Jackson Holte & The Highway Patrol are a Grammy-eligible rock and roll band from Missoula, MT,
formed by several of the town’s greasiest bar-band veterans in 2017. Jackson Holte is a hard-nosed, soft-
spoken folk-rock dirtbag who aspires only to possess the cathartic wit of John Prine and the biceps of
Marcedes Carroll is a Southwestern Montana musician. From a young age singing lullabies to her brothers cradled in the Rocky Mountains, to her adult years telling stories in dimly lit bars, she has found her voice best behind a guitar. It's no secret that hard work and tenacity will get you far, especially in the music industry. Coming from a long line of weathered Nordics, who eventually found their way to the rugged landscape of Southwest Montana, Marcedes Carroll has a bloodline of stories to tell.
